Engagements
The work is scoped to the material: its complexity, current form, intended use, and the level of structural involvement required.
Projects may begin with drafts, notes, transcripts, recordings, conversations, fragments, or developed ideas that need clearer language and form.
Most collaborations fall into three engagement types.
A single piece
An essay, article, newsletter, About page, framework, speech, or client-facing piece developed from existing thinking, early fragments, spoken material, or a working draft.
This is for material that needs to become a clear, finished piece of writing: voice-matched, structurally precise, and ready to use.
$900–$1,500 — smaller or shorter-scope projects are welcome; final pricing depends on scope
Ongoing writing support
Sustained support for developing a consistent body of work over time.
This can include essays, Substack posts, newsletters, thought-leadership pieces, podcast-to-essay adaptation, website language, client education, or ongoing ghostwriting in the client’s voice.
The work includes voice calibration, structural development, and continuity across topics.
From $2,000/month
Manuscript and foundational work
For material at an earlier or deeper stage: books, frameworks, positioning, core narrative architecture, concept development, memoir-adjacent material, or intellectual property that needs structural clarity before drafting can begin.
This is the deepest level of collaboration: working inside the logic of the material before a finished piece exists.
From $2,500 — larger projects scoped in conversation
All work is confidential. Engagements are scoped individually. A short description of the material is enough to begin.
